Important Booking Information

  • 🎟️ Every guest must have a ticket. Due to limited group sizes, we cannot accommodate additional spectators, photographers, or partial participants. All attendees must have a reservation.

  • 👨‍👧 Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. Both adult and child must be registered for the same experience.

  • 📧 Check your confirmation email carefully for directions, address, and other important details.

  • ⏰ All experiences start promptly. Late arrivals may result in cancellation without refund.

  • ❗All bookings are non-refundable.
    You may reschedule once if cancellation is made at least 7 days in advance.

    We understand life happens, but last-minute cancellations affect our ability to care for the animals. We kindly ask for your understanding.

  • Availability is posted on our Experience Calendar. We offer our experiences on weekends. If you do not see availability for the day/time you want, then your only option would be a VIP experience.
